Simplified Direct link creation

We simplified Direct Link creation for convenient and fast access to items by publishers, which does not require pre-moderation
When generating a DL through the button on the websites page, a separate placement is created for the Direct Link with a Mainstream or Adult category. You can add new links Inside this placement. Links created this way do not go through moderation and can be used by the publisher immediately.
Steps to create a link:
1. Click the "Add Direct Link" button In the list of sites
2. In the opened window:
- Select the traffic type: Mainstream or Adult
- Add the redirect URL, SubID, and Ref, If it needed
- Click "Generate Direct Link"
3. Copy the generated link.
This creates a separate placement for the direct link, which is displayed in the websites list
All Direct Links in the statistics will be labeled as dl-ms or dl-adult plus your ID.
