Section Assignment

Depending on the type of campaign and the payment model, work with promotional materials takes place in the relevant section of material management. To do this, you need to find the right campaign and click on the "Materials Management" button in the table (a more detailed description of working with campaigns can be found in the article List of advertising campaigns).

This section allows you to manage promotional materials, create new materials, as well as keep track of their current status.

Banners

The banner viewing interface can be accessed by clicking on the “Manage Banners” button in the corresponding campaign....Banners can only be created for a campaign in which the campaign format has already been defined as - Banner (regardless of Payment models: ( CPC, CPM, | KSA).

After clicking on “Manage Banners” button, a list of all banners of the current campaign appears:

Filter Bar

The list of banners displayed to the user can be filtered depending on the following parameters:

         
  • Activity - displays a list of banners depending on whether the banner is active or not;
  •      
  • Date from / to - the time interval for which statistics on banners will be shown;

Under the filter panel are the following buttons:

         
  1. Add banner - selecting this option will lead to the interface for creating a new banner. More detailed information can be found in the article " Adding a Banner"
  2.      
  3. Add HTML banner - selecting this option will lead to the interface for creating an HTML5 banner. More detailed information can be found in the article " Loading HTML5 banners"
  4.      
  5. Banner Generator -allows you to manually create your own banner. More detailed information can be found in the “Banner Generator” article " Banner Generator"

The banner management buttons are located below the banner creation buttons:

         
  • Remove - remove selected banners from the system;
  •      
  • Suspend - suspend the display of users of this banner;
  •      
  • Resume - resumes the display of users of this banner;
  •      
  • Change URL - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to enter a new URL address for the current banner;
  •      
  • Adjust Bids - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to customize bids for the current banner;
  •      
  • Move Banner - the selected banner is removed from the current campaign and transferred to the specified

Table

The following fields are displayed in the table:

         
  • ID - ID of the current material;
  •      
  • Creation Date
  •      
  • Banner Size
  •      
  • Bids - the range of rates for the current banner
  •      
  • Title - contains the following fields:            
    1. Banner name - in the format of a link, when clicked, it takes you to the landing page;
    2.                
    3. Icon for the current banner
    4.            
         
  •      
  • Shock - whether the current banner belongs to materials with the category "Shock";
  •      
  • Status - the status of the current material. If the banner has been blocked, the link “Refine reason” is displayed when you click on it, a pop-up window appears with the ability to create a request for clarification of the reason for blocking;
  •      
  • Views - the number of views of the current banner;
  •      
  • Clicks - the number of clicks made by users on the current banner;
  •      
  • CTR - the number of clicks in relation to the number of views in the context of the banner;
  •      
  • CPM - Thousands of views for the current banner;
  •      
  • Manage - contains the following banner control actions:            
    1. Move - move the current banner to the selected campaign;
    2.                
    3. Edit - Switch to banner edit mode
    4.                
    5. Delete - delete the current banner
    6.            
         

Also, when you click on the upload icon under the table, the statistics on banners is uploaded to excel format.

List of possible material statuses:

          
  1. On moderation - set for the material, if it is on moderation Kadam
  2.       
  3. Active - the current material is spinning on the platforms and is available to users
  4.       
  5. Blocked - material blocked by moderators for display
  6.       
  7. Unpaid
  8.       
  9. Low CTR

KSA payment format

When you select the payment format KSA in the campaign, a number of additional parameters are added to the banner. Actions:

         
  • Enable training - Launching this mode will cause materials that have not yet had conversions to be shown free of charge;
  •      
  • Disable Learning - turn off the training mode;

In addition, columns are displayed in the table:

         
  • Training - the number of clicks /money (KSA for actions), the number of views /money (KSA for views);
  •      
  • Conversions - number of conversions carried out in the campaign;
  •      
  • Lidov - number of targeted user actions carried out on the offensive campaigns. In the case of "hard conversion", only the first lead generates the conversion. The remaining leads, coming on the same material and block, do not generate conversions. When a lead is formed, funds are written off from the owner of the offer in favor of the arbitrator Kadam

Teasers

Access to the teaser viewing interface is performed by clicking on the Manage Teasers button in the respective campaign. In this section, you can create and manage teasers. Teasers can only be created for campaign in which the teaser campaign format has been chosen (regardless of Payment models: ( CPC, CPM, | KSA).

After clicking on the Manage Teasers button, a list of all teasers of the current campaign appears:

Filter Bar

The list of teasers displayed to the user can be filtered depending on the following parameters:

         
  • Activity - displays a list of teasers, depending on whether the teaser is active or not;
  •      
  • Date from / to - the time interval for which statistics on teasers will be shown;

Under the filter panel are the following buttons:

         
  1. Add teaser - go to the interface for creating a new teaser. More detailed information can be found in the article " Add a teaser"
  2.      
  3. Bulk upload - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to select an archive with teasers
  4.      
  5. Convert - the ability to convert selected teasers into push notifications or contextual advertising

Below the teaser creation buttons are the teaser control buttons:

         
  • Delete - remove selected materials from the system;
  •      
  • Suspend - suspend the display of users of this material;
  •      
  • Resume - resumes the display of users of this teaser;
  •      
  • Change URL - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to enter a new URL address for the current teaser;
  •

Table

The following fields are displayed in the table:

         
  • ID - ID of the current material;
  •      
  • Creation Date
  •      
  • Position - this value reflects the average position of the material in the competition based on its rate and clickability. The smaller the position, the greater the coverage of the material.
  •      
  • TOP rate - the predicted rate required to get into the first positions of competition. The value is calculated based on the clickability of the material and the current rate.
  •      
  • Clickability - indicates the clickability factor. Information about each status is described in here.

  • Bids - the range of bets on the current teaser

  • Title - the title for the current teaser
  •      
  • Text - contains the following fields:            
    1. Text - text message for the teaser in the link format, when clicked, it takes you to the landing page;
    2.                
    3. URL to teaser

  •      
  • Preview - a teaser image in the link format, when clicked, it takes you to the landing page;
  •      
  • Shock - marked if the current teaser belongs to the “Shock” category;
  •      
  • Status - the status of the current material. If the teaser was blocked, the link “Refine reason” is displayed when you click on it, a pop-up window appears with the ability to create a request to clarify the reason for blocking;
  •      
  • Views - the number of hits of the current teaser;
  •      
  • Clicks - the number of clicks made by users on the current teaser;
  •      
  • CTR - the number of clicks in relation to the number of views in the teaser section;
  •      
  • CPM - cost per thousand views for current material;
  •      
  • Manage - contains the following teaser control actions:            
    1. Move - Move the current teaser to the selected campaign;
    2.                
    3. Edit - go to the material edit form
    4.                
    5. Delete - delete the current teaser
    6.                
    7. Banner Generator - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to create a teaser manually
    8.            
         

Also, when you click on the upload icon under the table part, statistics on the current material is downloaded to the excel format.

View the push notification interface by clicking on the “Push Notification Management” button in the corresponding campaign. In this section, you can create and manage push notifications. Push notifications can only be created in campaigns with the push notification format (regardless of Payment model: ( CPC, CPM, KSA).

After clicking on the Push Notifications Management button, a list of all Push notifications of the current campaign appear:

Filter Bar

The list of Push notifications displayed to the user can be filtered depending on the following parameters:

         
  • Activity - displays a list of push notifications depending on whether the push notification is active or not;
  •      
  • Date from /to - the time interval for which statistics on materials will be shown;

Under the filter panel are the following buttons:

         
  1. Add Push Notification - switch to the interface for creating a new Push Notification. More detailed information can be found in the article " Adding Push-notifications"
  2.      
  3. Bulk download - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to select an archive with push notifications to be loaded into the system
  4.      
  5. Convert - the ability to convert selected Push notifications into teasers or contextual advertising

Under the buttons for creating push notifications, there are buttons for managing advertising material:

         
  • Delete - remove selected materials from the system;
  •      
  • Suspend - suspend the display of users of this material;
  •      
  • Resume - resume the display to users of this Push notification;
  •      
  • Change URL - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to enter a new URL address for the current Push notification;

  • Move - the selected Push notification is removed from the current campaign and transferred to the specified
  •      
  • Set up bids - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to set bids for push notifications;

Tabular part

The following fields are displayed in the tabular part:

         
  • ID - ID of the current material;
  •      
  • Creation Date
  •      
  • Position - this value reflects the average position of the material in the competition based on its rate and clickability. The smaller the position, the greater the coverage of the material.
  •

    1. Move - transfers the current Push notification to the selected campaign;

    3. Edit - go to the material edit form
    4.                
    5. Delete - delete the current push notification

Clickunder

Clickunder campaigns do not have any ads attached. A more detailed description of working with Clickunder can be found in the following article: Adding ClickUnder.

Video Advertising

View the video management interface by clicking on the “Managing video content” button in the corresponding campaign. In this section, you can create and manage video ads. Video ads can only be created in campaigns with the video ads format (with Payment models: CPM, KSA (for views)).

Clicking the “Video Content Management” button lists all of the video materials of the current campaign:

Filter Bar

The list of video materials displayed to the user can be filtered based on the following parameters:

         
  • Activity - lists the video depending on whether the material is active or not;
  •      
  • Date from /to - time interval for which video statistics will be displayed;

Under the filtering panel there is a button "Add video" - when clicked, a transition to the interface for creating a new video material occurs. More detailed information can be found in the article " Video Conversion".

Below the video creation button are the material management buttons:

         
  • Delete - remove selected materials from the system;
  •      
  • Suspend - suspend the display of users of this material;
  •      
  • Resume - resume the current video to users;
  •

  •      
  • Impressions - number of hits of the current video;
  •      
  • Clicks - number of clicks made by users on the current video;
  •      
  • CTR - number of clicks in relation to the number of views in the video section;
  •      
  • CPM - cost per thousand views for current material;
  •      
  • Control - contains the following video control actions:            
    1. Edit - go to the material edit form
    2.                
    3. Delete - deletes the current video
    4.
