Audiences (New UI)
The Audiences section allows you to create audiences that can be used in active campaigns for retargeting, as well as for tracking and filtering by specific parameters.
Available table columns:
- Audience ID
- Name
- Date of creation
- Lifespan
- Users
- List of campaigns
- Management
Retargeting is a marketing technology that allows you to show your ads to users who have previously visited your site but have not taken a targeted action. The key feature and main difference of retargeting from other types of advertising is that you show ads only to the audience that was interested in your goods or services, spending your budget only on the target audience. This tool can be used to encourage users to perform a targeted action: purchase, deposit, lead, etc.
To create an audience, click the "Create Audience" button.
Audiences can be created from campaign data or from remarketing code.
To create an audience based on campaign data, you must enter:
- Audience name
- Campaigns from which the audience will be gathered (you can specify multiple campaign IDs)
- Audience lifespan in days (maximum 365)
- Actions: Clicks, Conversions, Pending Conversions, Rejected Conversions — users who perform these actions will be included in the audience (select at least one action)
To create an audience based on remarketing code, you must enter:
- Audience name
- Participation period in days
- Option to import an external audience
After entering all the data, click the "Save" or "Save and get the code" button to save the settings.
The created audience can be used in the campaign settings under the "Targeting" → "Retargeting" section.
Created audiences can be edited or deleted from the audience list using the "Management" column.
