In order for our moderation to check the site for compliance with the system requirements, it is necessary to provide guest access to one of the analytical systems.
Yandex.Metrica
Yandex.Metric allows you to open access to data in several ways:

2. Select the Access tab
3. Put the Public Access to Statistics selector on
4. Save
Copy the link to the statistics and attach it when you add the site.
Guest access
If you do not want to open public access to statistics, you can provide temporary guest access for the moderation account:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select the Access tab
3. Under Individual Access, click Add User
4. Fill in the login field kadam.webmasters@yandex.ru
5. Click Add
Regardless of the method selected, copy the link to your metric and attach it to the add site interface.
