"Audiences" - a section that allows you to create the necessary audience for use in active campaigns for re-targeting - retargeting, as well as for the ability to track/filter by the necessary parameter.
Available options:
- Audience ID
- Name
- Date of creation
- Lifespan
- Users
- List of campaigns
- Management
Retargeting is a marketing technology that allows you to show your ads to exactly those users who have previously visited your site but have not taken a targeted action. The peculiarity and main difference between retargeting and other advertising is that you show ads only to the audience that was interested in your goods or services and spend the budget only on the target audience. This tool can be used to push for a targeted action: purchase, deposit, lead, etc.
To create an audience, click on the "Create Audience" button.
Audiences can be created from data from the campaign and from code from remarketing.
To create an audience based on data from the campaign, you must enter:
- Campaign name
- Audience Gathering Campaign (Multiple Campaign IDs)
- Audience lifespan in days (maximum number of days 365)
- Actions: Clicks, Conversions, Pending Conversions, Rejected Conversions (users who perform these actions will be in the audience - select at least one action)
When creating an audience by code from remarketing, you need to enter:
- Campaign name
- Period of participation in days
- Importing External Audiences
After entering all the data, to save the settings, click on the "Save" or "Save and get the code" button.
The finished audience can be used in the campaign settings in the "Targeting" - "Retargeting" section.
Created audiences can be edited or deleted from the audience list.
