Section Assignment

Depending on the type of campaign and the payment model, work with promotional materials takes place in the relevant section of material management. This section allows you to manage promotional materials, create new materials, as well as keep track of their current status.

Banners

Access to the banner viewing interface is performed by clicking on the "Manage Banners" button in the corresponding campaign. In this section, you can create and manage banners. Banners can be created only for a campaign in which the campaign format has been chosen - banner (regardless of Payment models: ( CPC, CPM, | KSA).

After clicking on “Manage Banners” button, a list of all banners of the current campaign appears:

Filter Bar

The list of banners displayed to the user can be filtered depending on the following parameters:

         
  • Activity - displays a list of banners depending on whether the banner is active or not;
  •      
  • Date from /to - the time interval for which statistics on banners will be shown;

Under the filter panel are the following buttons:

         
  1. Add banner - switch to the interface for creating a new banner. More detailed information can be found in the article " Adding a Banner"
  2.      
  3. Add HTML banner - go to the interface for creating an HTML5 banner. Detailed information can be found in the article " Loading HTML5 banners"
  4.      
  5. Banner Generator - manually create your own banner. For detailed review, go to the article " Banner Generator"

  • Remove - remove selected banners from the system;

The following fields are displayed in the tabular part:

         
  • ID - ID of the current material;

  • Creation Date

  • Bids - the range of rates for the current banner
  •      
  • Title - contains the following fields:            
    1. Banner name - in the format of a link, when clicked, it takes you to the landing page;
    2.                
    3. Icon for the current banner
    4.            
         
  •      
  • Shock - whether the current banner belongs to materials with the category "Shock";
  •      
  • Status - the status of the current material. If the banner has been blocked, the link “Refine reason” is displayed when you click on it, a pop-up window appears with the ability to create a request for clarification of the reason for blocking;
  •      
  • Views - the number of views of the current banner;
  •      
  • Clicks - the number of clicks made by users on the current banner;
  •      
  • CTR - the number of clicks in relation to the number of views in the context of the banner;
  •      
  • CPM - Thousands of views for the current banner;
  •      
  • Manage - contains the following banner control actions:            
    1. Move - move the current banner to the selected campaign;
    2.                
    3. Edit - switch to banner edit form
    4.                
    5. Delete - delete the current banner

Also, when you click on the upload icon under the table part, statistics on banners is uploaded to excel format.

  1. On moderation - set for the material, if it is on moderation Kadam

  3. Active - the current material is spinning on the platforms and is available to users
  4.       
  5. Blocked - material blocked by moderators for display
  6.       
  7. Unpaid

KSA payment format

When you select the payment format KSA in the campaign, a number of additional parameters are added to the banner. Actions:

         
  • Enable training - the launch of the mode in which, if in the block in which the material is shown, this material has not yet had conversions, the material is shown free of charge;
  •      
  • Disable Learning - Termination of the learning mode;

In addition, columns are displayed in the tabular part:

         
  • Training - the number of clicks /money (KSA for actions), the number of views /money (KSA for views);
  •      
  • Conversions - number of conversions carried out in the campaign;
  •

Video Advertising

Access to the video viewing interface is performed by clicking on the "Managing video content" button in the relevant campaign. In this section, you can create and manage video ads. This type of material can only be created for a campaign in which the campaign format was chosen - video advertising (with Payment models: CPM, KSA (for views)).

After clicking on the "Video Content Management" button, a list of all the video materials of the current campaign appears:

Filter Bar

The list of video materials displayed to the user can be filtered depending on the following parameters:

         
  • Activity - lists the video depending on whether the material is active or not;
  •      
  • Date from /to - time interval for which video statistics will be displayed;

Under the filtering panel there is a button "Add video" - when clicked, a transition to the interface for creating a new video material occurs. More detailed information can be found in the article " Video Conversion".

Below the video creation button are the material management buttons:

         
  • Delete - remove selected materials from the system;
  •      
  • Suspend - suspend the display of users of this material;
  •      
  • Resume - resume the current video to users;
  •      
  • Change URL - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to enter a new URL address for the current video;
  •      
  • Adjust Bids - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to adjust the bids for the video;

Tabular part

The following fields are displayed in the tabular part:

         
  • ID - ID of the current material;
  •      
  • Creation Date
  •      
  • Bids - current video rate
  •      
  • Title - the title for the current video material in the link format, when clicked, it takes you to the landing page
  •      
  • Shock - whether the current video belongs to materials with the category "Shock";
  •      
  • Status - status of the current material. If the video was blocked, the link “Refine reason” is displayed when you click on it, a pop-up window appears with the ability to create a request for clarification of the reason for the blocking;
  •      
  • Impressions - number of hits of the current video;
  •      
  • Clicks - number of clicks made by users on the current video;
  •      
  • CTR - number of clicks in relation to the number of views in the video section;
  •      
  • CPM - cost per thousand views for current material;
  •      
  • Control - contains the following video control actions:            
    1. Edit - go to the material edit form
    2.                
    3. Delete - deletes the current video
    4.            
         

Also, when you click on the upload icon under the table part, statistics on the current material is downloaded to the excel format.
List of possible material statuses:

          
  1. On moderation - set for the material, if it is on moderation Kadam

  3. Active - the current material is spinning on the platforms and is available to users
  4.       
  5. Blocked - material blocked by moderators for display
  6.       
  7. Unpaid
