Section Assignment

Depending on the type of campaign and the payment model, work with promotional materials takes place in the relevant section of material management. To do this, you need to find the right campaign and click on the "Materials Management" button in the tabular part (a more detailed description of working with campaigns can be found in the article List of advertising campaigns).

This section allows you to manage promotional materials, create new materials, as well as keep track of their current status.

Banners

Access to the banner viewing interface is performed by clicking on the "Manage Banners" button in the corresponding campaign. In this section, you can create and manage banners. Banners can be created only for a campaign in which the campaign format has been chosen - banner (regardless of Payment models: ( CPC, CPM, | KSA).

After clicking on the Manage Banners button , a list of all banners of the current campaign appears:

Filter Bar

The list of banners displayed to the user can be filtered depending on the following parameters:

         
  • Activity - displays a list of banners depending on whether the banner is active or not; </ li>      
  • Date from / to - the time interval for which statistics on banners will be shown; </ li> </ ul> Under the filter panel are the following buttons:
           
    1. Add banner - switch to the interface for creating a new banner. More detailed information can be found in the article " Adding a Banner" </ li>      
    2. Add HTML banner - go to the interface for creating an HTML5 banner. Detailed information can be found in the article " Loading HTML5 banners" </ li>      
    3. Banner Generator - manually create your own banner. For detailed review, go to the article " Banner Generator" </ li> </ ol> The banner management buttons are located below the banner creation buttons:
             
      • Remove - remove selected banners from the system; </ li>      
      • Suspend - suspend the display of users of this banner; </ li>      
      • Resume - resumes the display of users of this banner; </ li>      
      • Change URL - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to enter a new URL address for the current banner; </ li>      
      • Adjust Bids - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to customize bids for the current banner; </ li>      
      • Move Banner - the selected banner is removed from the current campaign and transferred to the specified </ li> </ ul>

        Tabular part

        The following fields are displayed in the tabular part:

               
        • ID - ID of the current material; </ li>      
        • Creation Date </ li>      
        • Banner Size </ li>      
        • Bids - the range of rates for the current banner </ li>      
        • Title - contains the following fields:            
          1. Banner name - in the format of a link, when clicked, it takes you to the landing page; </ li>                
          2. Icon for the current banner </ li>            </ ol>      </ li>      
          3. Shock - whether the current banner belongs to materials with the category "Shock"; </ li>      
          4. Status - the status of the current material. If the banner has been blocked, the link “Refine reason” is displayed when you click on it, a pop-up window appears with the ability to create a request for clarification of the reason for blocking; </ li>      
          5. Impressions - the number of impressions of the current banner; </ li>      
          6. Clicks - the number of clicks made by users on the current banner; </ li>      
          7. CTR - the number of clicks in relation to the number of impressions in the context of the banner; </ li>      
          8. CPM - Thousands of impressions for the current banner; </ li>      
          9. Manage - contains the following banner control actions:            
            1. Move - move the current banner to the selected campaign; </ li>                
            2. Edit - switch to banner edit form </ li>                
            3. Delete - delete the current banner </ li>            </ ol>      </ li> </ ul> Also, when you click on the upload icon under the table part, statistics on banners is uploaded to excel format. List of possible material statuses:
                      
              1. On moderation - set for the material, if it is on moderation Kadam </ li>       
              2. Active - the current material is spinning on the platforms and is available to users </ li>       
              3. Blocked - material blocked by moderators for display </ li>       
              4. Unpaid </ li>       
              5. Low CTR </ li> </ ol>

                KSA payment format

                When you select the payment format KSA in the campaign, a number of additional parameters are added to the banner. Actions:

                       
                • Enable training - the launch of the mode in which, if in the block in which the material is shown, this material has not yet had conversions, the material is shown free of charge; </ li>      
                • Disable Learning - Termination of the learning mode; </ li> </ ul> In addition, columns are displayed in the tabular part:
                         
                  • Training - the number of clicks / money (KSA for actions), the number of impressions / money (KSA for impressions); </ li>      
                  • Conversions - the number of conversions carried out in the campaign; </ li>      
                  • Lidov - the number of targeted user actions carried out on the offensive campaigns. In the case of "hard conversion", only the first lead generates the conversion. The remaining leads, coming on the same material and block, do not generate conversions. When a lead is formed, funds are written off from the owner of the offer in favor of the arbitrator Kadam </ li> </ ul>

                    Teasers

                    Access to the teaser viewing interface is performed by clicking on the Manage Teasers button in the respective campaign. In this section, you can create and manage teasers. Teasers can only be created for a campaign in which the campaign format has been chosen - teaser (regardless of Payment models: ( CPC, CPM, | KSA).

                    After clicking on the Manage Teasers button, a list of all teasers of the current campaign appears:

                    Filter Bar

                    The list of teasers displayed to the user can be filtered depending on the following parameters:

                           
                    • Activity - displays a list of teasers, depending on whether the teaser is active or not; </ li>      
                    • Date from / to - the time interval for which statistics on teasers will be shown; </ li> </ ul> Under the filter panel are the following buttons:

                      2. Bulk upload - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to select an archive with teasers </ li>

                        • Delete - remove selected materials from the system; </ li>      
                        • Suspend - suspend the display of users of this material; </ li>

                        • Change URL - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to enter a new URL address for the current teaser; </ li>      
                        • Adjust Bids - when clicked, a pop-up window appears with the ability to customize bids for the teaser; </ li>

                          Tabular part

                          The following fields are displayed in the tabular part:

                                 
                          • ID - ID of the current material; </ li>      
                          • Creation Date </ li>      
                          • Position - this value reflects the average position of the material in the competition based on its rate and clickability. The smaller the position, the greater the coverage of the material. </ Li>      
                          • TOP rate - the predicted rate required to get into the first positions of competition. The value is calculated based on the clickability of the material and the current rate. </ Li>      
                          • Clickability - indicates the clickability factor. Information about each status is described in here. </ Li>

                            8. CTR - the number of clicks in relation to the number of impressions in the teaser section; </ li>      
                            9. CPM - cost per thousand impressions for current material; </ li>

                                      The access to the push notifications viewing interface is performed by clicking on the Push Notifications Management button in the corresponding campaign. In this section, you can create and manage push notifications. Push notifications can only be created for a campaign in which the campaign format has been selected — Push Notification (regardless of Payment model: ( CPC, CPM, KSA).

                                                        ClickUnder

                                                        Contextual Ads

                                                        The access to the contextual ad viewing interface is performed by clicking on the Manage Ads button in the relevant campaign. In this section, you can create and manage the appropriate type of promotional materials. Contextual ads can only be created for a campaign in which a similar format has been chosen (regardless of Payment models: ( CPC, CPM, KSA ).

                                                                        Access to the video viewing interface is performed by clicking on the "Managing video content" button in the relevant campaign. In this section, you can create and manage video ads. This type of material can only be created for a campaign in which the campaign format was chosen - video advertising (with Payment models: CPM, KSA (for impressions)).

                                                                        After clicking on the "Video Content Management" button, a list of all the video materials of the current campaign appears:
